Online Training Registration

Please contact US Customer Care at 1-800-535-6663 or Canada Customer Care at 1-800-561-8797, to place a training order. You will need a Sales Order # or Service Agreement # to proceed with the Registration process. 

Upon completion of this form, you will receive a registration confirmation by email.

Billing Options

Your training can either be covered under a Sales Order or under a Service Agreement.

To place an order, please contact your regional Customer Support or your Welch Allyn distributor and place an order for the training you require. Please supply the training reference (this is the code below after the training name between brackets) when placing the order.

After placing the order, you will receive a Sales Order number from Welch Allyn.

Please select the correct billing option and provide either the Sales Order, or Service Agreement number.

Students must purchase the Welch Allyn equipment necessary for their chosen course and have it available to them for use throughout training.

4. Access to the Training has a 2-year duration. Re-certification is required after 2-years.
