Welch Allyn Spot™ Vision Screener Software Update

Version 3.1.01.00-A0002 | July 12, 2019.

This software update can be obtained free of charge, including shipping, by contacting customer support. Instructions:

1. Contact Customer Support at 1-800-535-6663.

2. Customer Support will provide an RMA number, anticipated turnaround time and a shipping label.

3. Using the provided shipping label, ship your VS100 to the address provided.

4. Your VS100 will be updated in our repair facility. A review of your system is included. If a non-warranty repair is suggested, a Hillrom representative will contact you before performing any repairs.

5. Upon completing the software update, Hillrom will return your VS100 via 2-day shipping.

Device Hardware and Software Requirement: This software update is for vision screeners with a software version of 3.X or greater and Serial Number 15001 or greater. Please determine your software version and device type before contacting customer support for this update. If your software version begins with “2” (2.x) or “1” (1.x) you cannot use this update.
