Billing Options
Your training can either be covered under a Sales Order or under a Service Agreement.
To place an order, please contact your regional Customer Support or your Welch Allyn distributor and place an order for the training you require. Please supply the training reference (this is the code below after the training name between brackets) when placing the order.
After placing the order, you will receive a Sales Order number from Welch Allyn.
Please select the correct billing option and provide either the Sales Order, or Service Agreement number.
On-Line Training Duration
Duration to complete is 3-5 hours over the course of 2 days. After Part 1 (3-4 hours) is completed, the Learning system will send a Part 1 completion report overnight to the training administrators. Training Administrators will assign Part 2 within 2 business days after Part 1 completion, along with a Gold License and instructions to download the Service Tool (applicable products). Part 2 (30 -60 minutes) can then be completed by submitting a Service Log. Student will then receive their Certificate of Completion.
Students must purchase the Welch Allyn equipment necessary for their chosen course and have it available to them for use throughout training.

4. Access to the Training has a 2-year duration. Re-certification is required after 2-years.
