If your query is regarding the service or repair of a product you must begin by requesting a Return of Materials Authorisation (RMA) number from our European Customer Services Centre.
You can do this by completing the Return of Materials Authorisation (RMA) form on this site in the Customer Service/Returns section or by calling a European Customer Care Representative on +353 46 9067790 (Press Option 1). You will receive an RMA Acknowledgement form within 24 hours and be advised of all the contact details you will need to return the product.
Products are only returned under exceptional circumstances. Product returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by a Return of Materials Authorisation (RMA) number.
